Don’t worry — this happens sometimes. First, check your tracking link for updates. Keep in mind that carriers occasionally mark packages as “delivered” up to 48 hours before they actually arrive. If it’s been longer than that, check with neighbors or around your property. Then, contact us with your order number, and we’ll investigate immediately.

Shipping costs depend on your location and the total value of your order. We offer free standard shipping on qualifying orders. For orders that don’t meet the minimum, a flat rate will be applied at checkout. You’ll always see the exact cost before you complete your purchase.
8. How long will it take to receive my order?
Orders typically leave our warehouse within 2–3 business days. From there, delivery time depends on your location. Domestic orders usually arrive within a few days, while international shipments can take 2–3 weeks or occasionally longer. During busy seasons (like holidays), expect some additional delays. We’ll always do our best to get your items to you as quickly as possible.
9. Do you ship internationally?

10. What if my package is marked “delivered” but I haven’t received it?
This is frustrating, we know. Carriers sometimes scan packages as delivered a day or two early. Wait another 48 hours and check again. Also look around your property — sometimes packages are left in unusual spots. Ask neighbors or anyone else at your address. If it still hasn’t appeared after a few days, contact us and we’ll help you file a claim with the carrier.
Returns & Exchanges

We want you to love everything you buy. If you’re not completely satisfied, you may return eligible items within 14 days of receiving your order. Items must be unworn, unwashed, undamaged, and in original packaging with all tags attached. Final sale or clearance items cannot be returned — this will be clearly noted on the product page.
