Delivery Information

Our Delivery arrangements are

  • Click & Collect Service Available In-Store.
  • Standard Delivery charge for orders under a certain amount.
  • Free Standard Delivery for orders over a set amount.

We will aim to despatch all orders to you within a reasonable time after receipt of payment details, excluding weekends and public holidays. This is subject to payment clearance and availability of stock.

Orders placed on a Friday or Saturday will not be dispatched until the following Monday.

Orders placed after a certain cutoff time will not be dispatched until the next working day.

All new orders are deemed separate and each is treated individually.

We Ship Worldwide and aim to deliver in perfect condition and in the shortest possible time. Orders are shipped by various carriers for a speedy delivery.

Shipping quotes are approximate for long haul. We may need to contact you for additional postage.

All purchases are insured by us while in transit until delivered to you. If you wish to track your parcel, please contact us and we will either track your shipment for you or provide a tracking number.

Please order from femchicwear.com with enough time to prevent any loss or disappointment resulting from the delivery time, as femchicwear.com cannot be responsible for this.

If your order will not be delivered within the timeframe specified at ordering, we will notify you and try to rectify the situation as quickly as possible.

As a security precaution, the parcel will require a signature upon delivery for all goods shipped.

Changes to international charges as a result of recent regulations:

Due to changes in international shipping charges, all orders being delivered internationally or to certain regions may be subject to taxes and duties. Our shipping costs do not include delivery with tax and duty.

Please Note:

For worldwide shipments going outside certain regions, customs and duty costs may occur, and these charges are to be paid by the buyer.

If you wish to return an item and we incur any customs charges to receive it back for a refund, these charges will be deducted from the refund we will process.
